Shipping

We ship all of our products via standard shipping in the U.S.A. only. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has completed production and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Production time: 2-7 business days

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days

Total delivery time: 5-14 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will work with our provider to offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. Please get in touch with our team via info@wellingtonpsychotherapy.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Our store receives payment via Squarespace Payments through secure payment options.

Cancellations 

Cancellations: not accepted

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed as items are made to order. Once an item has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled.
